Delivery Information and charges

(*) Delivery times are based on orders being received before 12 noon. All orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same working day. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed for shipping on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays.

Orders within the UK will be sent by a combination of Royal Mail and Parcelforce services.

Orders to RoI will be despatched by Courier and they need a signature on delivery. When placing an order with BestBirthdays.com please supply us with as much information as possible, such as a mobile number at which you can be contacted throughout the day as well as any special delivery instructions. When your order is despatched you will be advised of your parcel reference number. You can follow the progress of your parcel by clicking on visiting www.fastways.ie

In some cases you may want the parcel delivered to your place of work. When confirming your order there is a facility to specify an alternative delivery address. Because some orders are delivered by courier a signature will be required.

We ask for a daytime telephone number/mobile number so the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you cannot be contacted on that number and the parcel is returned to Best Birthdays there will be an additional charge to re-send the parcel or if the order is no longer required an administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the order value will be levied. 

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Best Birthdays by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

If an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to confirm a replacement or alternative delivery date. For delivery to addresses outside the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain please contact customer services on +44 (0)2890 913625.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive please contact customer services within five working days after receipt of goods. We will arrange a full refund for the goods returned provided they are in a condition fit for resale. Best Birthdays will not refund the costs of returning the goods and cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
